By clicking below, you, on behalf of your organization (an “Enterprise”), which you represent you have the legal authority to bind, hereby accept the following terms and conditions:

1. IIX does not disclose personal data to third parties except when required by law, when we have your consent or deemed consent, or in cases where we have engaged a third party (such as data intermediaries or subcontractors) specifically to assist with our firm’s activities. Any such third parties whom we engage will be bound contractually to maintain appropriate safeguards and keep all information confidential.
2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, IIX may use information provided by Enterprises anonymously, either individually or in the aggregate, to market the IIX Values™ platform and/or for data analytics purposes.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, IIX will also share its survey findings with the respective survey respondents for transparency and accountability under the same restriction that information shall be presented anonymously with no Enterprise being individually identifiable.
4. IIX does not make any independent investigations to verify the factual information presented on IIX Values™ nor does IIX verify the customer contact details provided by the Enterprises. IIX therefore makes no representations or warranties regarding the truth, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided by Enterprises.
5. Where feasible, IIX takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained on IIX Values™ is accurate but makes no representations regarding any facts or business propositions and shall not be liable for any information contained on the platform.
6. IIX is not liable for any damage or loss of any kind or nature which may be incurred as a result of any contact with parties listed on IIX Values™.
7. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither IIX, nor its directors or staff shall be liable - either individually or collectively - for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, arising out of the IIX Values™ platform.
8. IIX does not endorse any of the Enterprises that are members of IIX Values™ and makes no recommendations regarding the appropriateness of any investment opportunities.

Enterprises registering to join the IIX Values™ platform acknowledge they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. Enterprises also acknowledge that IIX may amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion, and agree to be bound by any subsequent revisions.
